The 4 BHK apartments are huge, around 4500 square feet, which is more than we need right now but gives us room to grow. It's located in Thaltej, near Aryaman Bungalows. The developer is Beverly Buildcon. The price is quite high, 4 Cr to 4.23 Cr. We liked the idea of the private jacuzzi and the huge private balcony. Also, the high-speed elevatoare a good feature. The only concern is the traffic noise from SG Highway, which is quite close.
