I chose ThakkeNishigandh B because it's ready to move in and within my budget. I'm living in a 1 BHK which is 1104 Sq.ft. The price was around 38.64 Lakh, which felt reasonable for Nashik. Having the children's play area is nice, even though I don't have kids, it makes the complex feel more family-friendly. Security is 24x7 which gives me peace of mind when I'm out. The walkability to Pawan Nagar Bus Stop, a short distance, is also a big plus for commuting. I haven't faced any major issues so far.

Living here for a few yeanow. ThakkeNishigandh B is in a decent locality, Shalimar. The 2 BHK flat is 1286 Sq.ft, which is comfortable for my family. The price was in the mid-range, around 45-50 Lakh I think. Having 24x7 security is good. The main reason I picked this place was its proximity to daily necessities. The construction was completed back in 2008. My only slight drawback is that the parking space can feel a little cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle or guests visiting frequently. Overall, it's a settled community.
