I purchased a 1 RK unit in Padmanabh Pride in Tidke Nagar as an investment. The carpet area is 333 square feet and the price was attractive at around 17.75 Lakhs. The developer, Padmanabh Properties, has a few projects in Nashik, so I felt confident. Being ready to move since December 2019 is also a good sign of timely completion. The location in Parijat Nagar is developing, and I expect good rental demand in the future. While the OC status is not available, the project is complete. The main concern for me is the lack of readily available bank loan options mentioned, which might affect future buyeor resale value slightly. Still, for the price point, it's a calculated risk.
