Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS (PMC) for large Redevelopment Project. Proposals are invited from experienced Project Management Consultants (PMCs) for the Redevelopment of VASANT COMPLEX CHS Ltd. Located in Kandivali (West), Mumbai, having an approximate plot area of 11,665 Sq.mtrs. and Deemed Conveyance is Obtained.
Eligibility Criteria:
The PMC must have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. Must be registered with MCGM/MHADA/PEATA.
Must have successfully completed at least five (5) Individual redevelopment projects of any size with Occupation Certificates (OC) obtained.
The PMC must have 5 to 10 ongoing projects.
The PMC must have in-house team of liasoning (preferably designing and planning, elevation design, structured design with a proven experience in providing this service).
Submission Requirements:
Submit detailed company credentials along with all relevant documents, duly signed and stamped with the company seal.
A non-refundable Cheque/Demand Draft of Rs. 2,000/-(Rupees two thousand only) in favour of Vasant Complex CHS Ltd. must be enclosed with the submission.

All proposals and commercial offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes within 21 days from the date of this advertisement.
