The Society has an Occupation Certificate (OC), and Conveyance is in favour of the Society with its name duly reflected on the Property Card.
The Bid Document in an electronic (PDF) format may be issued in the name of the applicant Company upon submission of a written application on the bidder's letterhead, along with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000/-by Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of "Rajendra Vihar Co-op. Housing Society Ltd." to the Society's Consultant Office.
