PMC REQUIRED

Proposals are invited from interested, qualified, reputed, well experienced & competent PMC companies, having minimum experience of 10 years for providing comprehensive services towards redevelopment of existing buildings in Flower Bloom Co-operative Housing Society Limited situated Opp. Axis Bank, Veera Desai Road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400058. Plot Area of the society is approx. 4309 sqm. CTS No. 144 (Part).

The interested PMC should have successfully completed atleast 3 redevelopment projects of 4000 sqm & above (with full OC) under DPCR-2034 in Mumbai Suburban area. PMC should be registered with BMC/MHADA and should have their own team of engineers as well as architects, legal advisors, CAs, etc

Interested PMC should apply providing complete company profile, company registration documents, list of current directors with DIN numbers assigned by MCA, credentials of comprehensive services offered by their company, commercial terms, stage wise payment terms, scope of work & list of ongoing as well as completed projects alongwith copy of professional license, audited financial statements for the last 3 years. All relevant documents should bear the sign & seal of the company.Applicant will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) by Demand Draft/Pay Order favouring Flower Bloom Co-operative Housing Society Limited.Offers/Proposals should be valid for 180 days from the last date of submission.

Offers/Proposals must be addressed to the Managing Committee & submitted in a closed sealed envelope at society office, not later than 6 pm IST on 28th May, 2025 alongwith the DD/PO for Rs. 5,000/-(non-refundable).
