The 1700 sq.ft 3 BHK offeample space, which is great after a long day. The price of approximately 42.5 Lakhs is acceptable considering the location and the size. I liked the idea of having a clubhouse and indoor games for relaxation. The water softener plant is a thoughtful addition for the residents. My only minor worry is the noise from the nearby highways, NH65 and ORR, although the construction seems solid enough to minimize it. Still, it's something to get used to.
