The developer, Sri Aditya Squares, seems to have a good plan with the multi-level clubhouse. However, the price point of around 1.59 Crore for the 3 BHK is a bit higher than we initially budgeted. We are hoping the value increases over time. The completion date is December 2026, which feels a bit far off, but we undetand construction takes time. We saw some dust on site, but that's expected with an under-construction project.
