The project by Tavisa Infra is currently under construction, with an expected completion date of July 2026. I appreciate the inclusion of essential amenities such as 24x7 water supply, power backup, and a lift. The gated community setup and 24x7 CCTV surveillance add to the security. My main concern is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which is unavoidable at this stage. However, the proximity to work and the planned community infrastructure makes it a worthwhile investment for me.
