We purchased this 3 BHK Villa in TATA Myst, Solan, for my parents. The location in Kasauli, Chadon, is quite peaceful, which is exactly what they wanted. I was impressed that TATA Housing Development has focused on eco-luxury with IGBC Platinum-rated villas. My father mentioned the Himalayan views from the private hilltop are stunning. The built-up area is generous, ranging from 3128 to 3342 square feet, so they have plenty of space. It was ready to move in February 2019, so that was convenient. The only small concern is that Kasauli roads can be a bit narrow and winding, which might be challenging for older driveduring peak tourist season. However, overall, it seems like a good place for them to settle.

The price was on the higher side, around 3.8 Crore, but the TATA Housing Development name provides some assurance. The natural surroundings and the private hilltop location are very appealing. However, getting to the project involves navigating some smaller roads, and during certain times of the year, the traffic can be a bit slow due to tourism in Kasauli. The swimming pool and gymnasium are good amenities.
