The location in Gandhi Gram is peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted to escape the city noise. JBC PromoteAnd DevelopePvt. Ltd. Has included some nice amenities like a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which will be great for weekends. The completion is expected in December 2025, so we have some time. The price point is a bit high, around 1.34 Cr for the smaller units, but the location and developer reputation swayed us. We are hoping the construction quality is as good as promised.

One thing we are slightly worried about is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is common in such projects, but hopefully, it will be manageable once we move in.
