I purchased a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of 1365 square feet, providing enough room for my family. The solar lighting is a thoughtful amenity, and the gymnasium is well-equipped. Having Apollo BGS Hospitals nearby is reassuring. The community hall is useful for family functions. The Tapovan Estates team was cooperative throughout the process. This is my fit flat purchase, and I decided on Tapovan Solace. The ready-to-move status was very appealing. I opted for a 1 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area of 886 square feet, fitting my budget and needs as a fit-time buyer. The location in Ramakrishnanagar is good, and having a gymnasium and solar lighting is a bonus. The builder, Tapovan Estates, seems reliable. However, I found the rooms to be a bit smaller than I had imagined from the brochure, especially the living area.

We moved into Tapovan Solace a couple of months ago after retiring. The location in Ramakrishnanagar is quite peaceful and close to Sharadadevi Nagar which is convenient. I use the library here quite often and my wife enjoys the yoga area. The 1365 square feet 2 BHK flat has ample space for us, and the landscaping makes the complex look very green. Power backup is a definite plus, giving us peace of mind. The construction quality seems good so far. The only minor issue is that finding parking can sometimes be a bit challenging if friends visit in the evening.
