As a government employee, I look for stability and value. Pramur Adonis offered a ready-to-move 3 BHK apartment which suited my family. The size is ample, ranging up to 2327 square feet, giving everyone their space. Living near Kanakadasa Nagar and Ramakrishnanagar is convenient for daily commutes. The inclusion of 24x7 security and power backup provides a sense of security, which is very important. The price range, going up to 1.14 Crore for the larger units, was within my reach after considering bank loans. My only gripe is the parking situation; it can be a bit challenging if you have multiple vehicles or large caOther than that, it’s a comfortable place to live.

We got a 4 BHK apartment, and the space is phenomenal, starting from 3130 square feet. The children's play area is well-maintained and always busy. Having amenities like a gym and jogging track within the complex is great for us. The apartment is ready to move in, and we appreciated that. The price for the 4 BHK goes up to 1.14 Crore, which was a significant investment, but justified by the space and location. The only drawback is the distance to the main shopping areas; you need to drive a bit. Overall, it's a good community for families.

We were renting in Mysore and decided it was time to buy. Pramur Adonis caught our eye because it's ready to move in, which we needed urgently. We purchased a 2 BHK, which is 1229 square feet. It feels much bigger than our rental flat. The children's play area is a huge plus for our daughter. The price was manageable, falling within our budget for a 2 BHK, starting from 44.86 Lakh. The construction quality seems good. The main concern for us is that the OC is not available, which makes us a little hesitant about the long-term legality, though the builder Pramur Constructions Pvt Ltd assured us it's a minor formality. We are hoping everything gets sorted.

I invested in Pramur Adonis a few yeaago, around 2014 when it was completed. The location in Ramakrishnanagar, near the Ring Road, seemed promising for future growth in Mysore. I picked up a 3 BHK apartment, which has good resale potential. The initial price was competitive for the area at that time. While the project is ready to move, the lack of OC availability is a slight concern for purely investment purposes, although the rental demand in the area is steady. The amenities like the gymnasium and 24x7 water supply are standard. It's a decent project by Pramur Constructions Pvt Ltd, but not spectacular. I'm waiting to see how the property values appreciate.

The 3 BHK apartment is quite spacious, around 2327 square feet, offering plenty of room. I appreciate the 24x7 security and power backup, which are essential for my peace of mind. The jogging track is a nice touch for my morning runs. My only minor issue is the traffic noise from the Ring Road can be noticeable sometimes, especially during peak houHowever, the convenience of the hospital being so close outweighs this for me.
