The location in Maval is quite peaceful, though reaching the main IT hubs can take some time during peak houWe liked the landscaping and the 24x7 water supply is a must. Parking is available which is good. The developer, Tanvi, seems reliable. We are happy with our purchase so far, it feels like a good value for money.
