The 24x7 water supply and partial power backup are very convenient, especially for senior citizens. The presence of lifts is also a must. The 24x7 security gives a sense of safety. The location in Bhayli, Vasna Road is quiet enough. The price was approximately 1 crore, which felt reasonable for the size and amenities provided by Taksh Group. It was completed a while back, but the property is well-maintained. I appreciate the gymnasium for staying active.
