We bought a 3 BHK apartment in Symphonia, around 1350 square feet. The primary reason was the location close to schools, and Shalby Hospital is also not too far. Purple Group has provided a good play area for our children and a swimming pool which they love. The apartment is ready to move, which helped us settle in quickly. Our unit cost approximately 1.25 Crore. The 24x7 security and gated community aspect gives us peace of mind. The surrounding area can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby, but that is a common issue in developing localities.

We moved into Symphonia a couple of yeaago. The 4 BHK we selected has a large built-up area, ranging from 2655 to 3170 square feet. It offeample space for our children and grandchildren when they visit. The project by Purple Group is well-equipped with facilities like a spa and swimming pool, which we use regularly. The location in Vaishali Nagar is peaceful, and it’s good that it’s a gated community. We paid around 2.5 Crore for our apartment. The construction quality seems good. The only slight issue is that the water pressure sometimes drops during peak houin summer.

The location in Hanuman Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur is good, with proximity to Mansarovar Metro Station nearby.
