    I bought a 2 BHK flat in SWEEMIT Kishan Landmark for my parents who live in Ahmedabad. The built-up area is 1143 square feet, which is spacious enough for them. The price was around 21.5 Lakh. It's great that the property is ready to move, so they could settle in quickly. SWEEMIT INFRASTRUCTURE CTURE TURE URE RE E has provided essential amenities like a children's play area and maintenance staff, which is good for senior citizens. The location on Sardar Patel Ring Road is accessible, and the hospital is very nearby, which was a priority for me. The only drawback is that the OC status is not available, which made me a little hesitant, but given the project completion in 2011, I hope it's a formality. Overall, it provides good value.

However, parking can be a bit of a challenge here, especially during evenings when many residents return home. The Vastu compliance was a nice touch. The project is ready to move which was a big plus for my relocation.

I visited the site, and the construction looked okay. The price was the main factor for me as a fit-time buyer. I did notice some construction dust around the site which is undetandable as it's still an active area. The process was smooth enough.
