This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on Dev Gajanand Bunglows. It’s a 4 BHK bungalow with a saleable area of 2970 square feet. The price starting at 1.3 Crore was within my initial expectations for Ahmedabad. I liked that it's ready to move, so I could see the actual construction. The proximity to Vastral Gam Metro Station, nearby, is very convenient for commuting. The developer, Devgajanan Develope, has been around for a bit, having completed this in 2014. My only worry is that OC received status isn't clearly available, which makes me a little nervous about future legalities.

United public School Ahmedabad is nearby, making school runs very easy. Narayana Hospital is also nearby, which is reassuring. The only downside is that the area can get quite dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas like Vastral. The price of 1.3 Crore onwards was acceptable for the space.
