It’s under construction by Swastik Venture, with March 2025 as the target completion. I chose a 1 BHK with 656 sq.ft carpet area. The project includes a fire fighting system, which is reassuring. The location is convenient, being close to ORCHIDS The International School and the highway. However, I have noticed quite a bit of dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is expected but still a bit botheome. Hopefully, the landscaping will help later.
