Sant Sai Buildehave included essential amenities like closed car parking and 24X7 water supply. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look pleasant. The project was completed in March 2024. My only gripe is the dust from nearby ongoing developments, which is common in Pune but still a bit annoying. However, the quality of construction seems good, and the location is developing rapidly.

It’s a ready-to-move-in property, which we needed urgently. The 24X7 water supply is a big plus. The only concern we have is the parking situation. While there is closed car parking, it might feel a bit tight for larger vehicles or if we have guests. Other than that, the landscaping and tree planting adds a nice touch to the surroundings.
