I am considering the 3 BHK apartment, which has a plot area of 822 Sq.yd. To 853 Sq.yd. The project by Harmony DevelopeGandhinagar is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in March 2027. I was impressed by the inclusion of Vastu Compliant design and solar lighting, which are modern and eco-friendly features. The price range from 52.5 Lakh to 76.23 Lakh seems competitive for the area and amenities offered. The 6-meter wide driveway is also a plus for easy vehicle movement.
