The location in Talegaon Dabhade is surprisingly convenient, especially with the Mumbai-Bangalore expressway nearby for travel. It’s good to have Mount St. Ann High School and Harneshwar Multispeciality Hospital literally a minute away, though I don’t have kids yet. The electrical meter room being separate is a practical touch. My main concern is the parking; the closed car parking is adequate, but if you have more than one vehicle, it could become a bit of a squeeze during peak times. Otherwise, the basic landscaping is nice enough for a quick stroll. The developer, Swaroop DevelopePune, seems to have focused on functional aspects for this project.
