The price of 93.92 Lakhs is substantial but justified for the size and location in Pimple Saudagar. Swaraaj Developehave packed the project with amenities, including an Olympic size swimming pool and landscaped gardens. It is ready to move, with completion in December 2022. My only minor concern is the traffic on Kalwadi Road during peak hou, which can be a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, the project seems well-constructed and offegood value.
