The price of 65 Lakh onwards was within my reach. I really like the gated community feature and the 24x7 water supply. Having lifts is essential, and the earthquake-resistant structure adds peace of mind. The location on Shamalbhai Lallubhai Road is decent. The only downside is the parking; closed car parking is available, but it feels a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle.
