Parv Anmol Residency in New Ranip offered a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 602 square feet. It was completed by Parv Buildcon in March 2020 and is ready to move in. The accessibility to the hospital is excellent, which was a major deciding factor for me. The Vadaj Metro Station is also quite close, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. While the apartment itself is functional, I did notice the room sizes are on the smaller side, which is something I will have to adjust to. However, for a single professional, it serves the purpose well.
