The proximity to essential services like Zydus Hospitals, which is just nearby, offeconvenience. The project offestandard amenities like 24x7 water supply and a gated community setup which is expected. The Vastu compliant nature of the design is a common preference here. While the construction appeastandard, I'm evaluating the long-term appreciation potential of this area. The access road, while manageable, could be wider. I am still assessing its performance as a pure investment property.

  We bought our fit home here at Swagat Green Ville 2. My wife loved the idea of a gated community and the 24x7 security makes us feel safe. The intercom system is also a good feature. We chose this location because it's close to the Sardar Patel Ring Road, making my daily commute to the IT park much easier. It took us a while to find a place that felt right. The construction quality looks solid. The fire fighting system is a good safety measure too. We haven't faced any major issues since moving in. It's a good start for us. We are still exploring the area around Thaltej.

  We finally moved into Swagat Green Ville 2 last week. It's a relief to be out of our rental place. The 24x7 water supply is a huge plus, no more worrying about timings. Being a gated community with 24x7 security was important for us. The location near Sardar Patel Ring Road is convenient for commuting to school. We looked at a few projects before settling here. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor for my husband. The rooms seem decent sized for our needs. The only small issue is that the road leading to the main ring road can get a bit congested during peak hou, which makes getting out sometimes a bit slow. But overall, we are happy with the move so far.
