We just got our fit flat in SVS Sunrise. The 2 BHK we picked is 1035 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. We liked that it is ready to move in. The price was around 60.99 Lakh, which fit our budget. The developer, SVS Constructions, seems to have finished the project on time as it was completed in 2014. I chose a 3 BHK flat, approximately 1300 sq.ft, which offeample living space. Moving into SVS Sunrise was a good decision for the kids. The children's play area is a big hit with them. The Olympic size swimming pool is also a great facility, though we haven't used it much yet. Our 3 BHK is 1286 sq.ft and gives us enough room. The property is Vastu compliant which was important to my wife. The only thing is the distance to Gopalan National School, nearby, which means we have to drive them. The construction by SVS Constructions feels solid. There's also a gymnasium which I plan to use.

I purchased a flat in SVS Sunrise because of its location in K R Puram. It is close to the Garudacharpalya Metro Station, which is nearby, making commuting easier for me. The 2 BHK flat is 1145 sq.ft, providing a good amount of space. The price was within my expectations, around 70 Lakh. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The building also has lifts, which is essential. SVS Constructions completed this project a while back, around 2014. The solid waste management system is also a plus.

The clubhouse and swimming pool were definite attractions for us. The price range, between 75 and 84 Lakh, was a bit high but manageable. The area is developing, and K R Puram is becoming a good locality. SVS Constructions has a decent track record. One minor issue is the traffic getting out of Bharathi Nagar during peak hou, which can be frustrating. But the spacious properties are a big draw.
