The built-up area for our 2 BHK apartment is around 1130 square feet, which feels quite spacious for the price we paid. We are expecting possession in February 2029, so we have time. The developer, SVS Spacio Develope, seems to have a good track record. The inclusion of a gymnasium and solid waste management is a plus. I'm hoping the construction quality holds up as promised. Traffic on the main road can get a little heavy during peak hou, but that's common in most developing areas.
