We bought our fit home at SVG Manhattan a few months ago. It's a 3 BHK with around 2100 square feet, which gives us plenty of room to grow. The proximity to National College Metro Station, nearby, makes commuting to work super easy. We love the landscaped gardens and the swimming pool. The security features, like video door security and 24x7 CCTV, give us peace of mind. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 3.45 Crore, but the quality and location justify it. SVG Properties Pvt Ltd seems to have delivered a good product.
