    I have invested in a 2 BHK apartment at Svadha Kollaar. The develope, Svadha Projects, have included features like biophilic design for nature connectivity and tree-lined pathways, which appeal to me. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 1125 and 1215 sq.ft. The price point around 60 Lakhs is what I was looking for as a retirement investment. I did notice that the OC received status is not yet available, which is something to monitor. The spa and gymnasium in the 4-floor clubhouse are also attractive amenities for future use. Completion is slated for January 2027.
