The developer, SV Builde, offe2 BHK flats with a built-up area of 1175 Sq.ft, which gives our children enough space to play inside. Global City International School is just a 2-minute walk, which is a massive relief for school drop-offs and pick-ups. Rainbow Children's Hospitals & BirthRight is also extremely close, a short distance, giving us peace of mind. The Outer Ring Road is accessible within nearby. While the project is ready to move, the surrounding area still has some ongoing construction, leading to dust and noise sometimes. We hope the development around finishes soon. Overall, the location and proximity to essentials are great for family life.

Also, Global City International School is a short distance, though they don't have school-going kids anymore, it shows the area is well-connected. My only concern is the connectivity to the main tech hubs, it might take a while during peak traffic times. But overall, I think it's a good investment for their comfort.
