  As a business owner, time is valuable, so the location of Suyog Shrushti near The Lexicon School (0.9 km) is incredibly convenient for my children. I’ve opted for a 2 BHK unit. Suyog Buildehave incorporated substantial amenities such as car parking and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which provides peace of mind. The overall carpet area for the flats ranges from 370 Sq.ft to 863 Sq.ft, offering decent options. My main concern is the traffic getting out of Fuungi during peak hou, as it can get quite congested. However, the project's features and the developer’s reputation are strong points for my decision.

The 2 BHK configuration, with carpet areas ranging from 555 Sq.ft to 673 Sq.ft, seems adequate for my needs. I appreciate the focus on water conservation and landscaping, creating a pleasant environment. The 24x7 security and gated community aspect provide a sense of safety. My only reservation is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is expected, but it does affect the immediate surroundings. The proximity to Hadapsar (3.8 Km) is also a plus for accessing facilities.

  I am buying a 2 BHK flat at Suyog Shrushti for my parents who are in Pune. The carpet area of 555 Sq.ft to 673 Sq.ft is comfortable for them. Suyog Buildeis including essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and lifts, which are crucial for elderly residents. Being a gated community with 24x7 security is also a major factor for me, as I am living abroad. The location in Fuungi, although developing, is accessible and close enough to places like Handewadi (5.28 Km). I trust Suyog Buildeto deliver a quality home for them by the December 2028 completion date.

The proximity to The Lexicon School at nearby is fantastic for our children. Suyog Buildeare offering good amenities like fire sprinkleand a community building. We are also happy about the planned landscaping and tree planting. The location in Fuungi is promising, though reaching main roads can sometimes involve navigating smaller streets.
