The built-up area ranges from 650 to 755 square feet, and we got one around 700 square feet for about 19 Lakhs. It’s a ready-to-move-in property, which was essential for us. We liked the idea of a gated community and the presence of lifts and security guards. The location in Fuungi is decent, though traffic can be heavy when heading towards Hadapsar, which is nearby. The rooms are a bit smaller than we expected from the built-up area, which is a slight drawback. Power backup is a good amenity to have.
