Suvidha Infra is the developer. I was looking for a place with basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and solid waste management, which are included. The electrification with transformer and solar energy option is also a positive point. However, access to the main road from the site seems a bit indirect, involving taking a narrow lane. This might be a minor inconvenience for daily commuting. It is a significant investment for me.
