After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place with good facilities. Suvan Sanvi Elite seemed like a good option. I purchased a 2 BHK flat, approximately 1200 Sq.ft built up. It’s ready to move, which was convenient. The price was about 64 Lakh. I liked that they have 24x7 security and power backup. The hospital, Dr. Rao's ENT Super Speciality International Hospital, is also very close at nearby, which gives me peace of mind. The road access is decent, although it's not directly on the main highway. I found the lift system to be quite efficient. The maintenance charges are reasonable too. It’s a comfortable place for my retirement.
