Getting the kids settled into the local schools nearby has been smooth. One thing we noticed is that during peak hou, getting onto the main road from Kalyan Peth can be a bit of a crawl. However, the 24x7 water supply is a huge relief, no more planning around water timings. The building also has a sewage treatment plant, which is good to see. The closed car parking is adequate for our one car. Overall, it feels like a decent place for a family.
