After a long career, I wanted a quiet place to relax. Happy Morning by Sandip Balkrishna Bangar looked promising. The 3 BHK villa is perfect for when my children visit, and the 1800 square feet built-up area is generous. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping efforts which make the community pleasant. Having 24x7 water supply is essential. The jogging track is a great amenity for staying active. The main attraction was that it is ready to move, and the completion date of February 2026 is well in the past, meaning it's already built. I found the overall ambiance quite serene. The car parking provided is also adequate.

We were looking for a comfortable home in a developing area of Pune. Happy Morning caught our eye. The 3 BHK villa configuration with 1800 square feet built-up area is quite spacious for our family. We were particularly drawn to the water conservation features and the landscaping & tree planting initiatives. The 24x7 water supply and street lighting are practical amenities. The proximity to the school and bus stand is very convenient for daily life. We are happy that it is a gated community with intercom facilities. One thing that could be improved is the OC received status, which is not available. However, the project by Sandip Balkrishna Bangar seems solid overall.

I bought a villa in Happy Morning because I wanted something ready to move into and secure. Being a single woman, the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance were major selling points for me. The 1800 square feet villa offeplenty of space. I liked that it's a gated community. The location in Narayangaon, Junnar is a bit far from the main city, but it’s peaceful. The MSRTC Bus Stand being just a minute away is convenient for occasional travel. My only minor concern is that the solar energy aspect of the electrification seems to be still in progress, so I'm waiting to see how that performs. Otherwise, the community buildings and landscaping look well-maintained.

My only slight worry is the completion date being February 2026, which seems a bit far off for a 'ready to move' property, or perhaps it means the final touches are being done. Nevertheless, the Electrification with transformer and solar energy options is a plus.
