It's quite close to the Sardar Patel Ring Road which makes commuting to the IT hubs easier. The construction looks decent and it was completed back in January 2014. The price range was a bit high, around 49.02 Lakhs for the smaller units, but we liked the community feel. The jogging track and gymnasium are good additions for fitness. Security seems good with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. Overall, it meets our basic needs.
