The price was around 35 Lakhs, which was manageable with our savings. It’s good that the apartment is ready to move. The main concern for us is the dust from the ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of an issue during certain times of the year. However, the proximity to Nirant Cross Road Metro Station at nearby is very convenient for our daily commute. Suryam Developehave included security features like 24x7 CCTV Surveillance.
