The built-up area of 596 sq.ft is a standard size for rental purposes. Ravi Surya Affordable Homes Pvt. Ltd completed the project by December 2017, and it's ready for occupancy, which is great for immediate rental income. The starting budget of 26.5 Lakh is reasonable for this area. While the project has many amenities like a gymnasium and swimming pool, the absence of an OC received might be a slight concern for some buye, though it didn't deter my investment decision.
