    We needed a place close to Prabhujee English Medium School for the kids, and Surekha Villa is nearby. That was the main reason we picked it. The 2 BHK is around 750 square feet, which is comfortable for us. We liked the children's play area a lot. There is also a jogging track which I use in the mornings. The construction seems solid, and it's ready to move in which was important. The only slight issue is the traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy during school drop-off and pick-up times, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a good location for families.
