The location in Sahid Nagar is fantastic, especially since Apollo Hospitals is right next door, making my commute to work practically nonexistent. Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 is also zero kilometeaway, which is great for families. The building itself has essential amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 security which gives us peace of mind. Power backup is also a big plus. The only slight issue we've noticed is that the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it’s manageable given the overall benefits. Binayak Groups Bhubaneswar seems to have built a solid community here.
