It has much more space than our previous home. The amenities are great – we use the swimming pool and the mini theatre often. The 24/7 water supply is a definite improvement. The price for our unit was approximately 52 Lakhs. The location in Sohna Sector 2 is peaceful, though getting to our school in Gurgaon involves a fair bit of travel, about 40 minutes each way. Parking can sometimes be an issue if visitopark haphazardly. However, the overall space and the amenities within the Supertech OfficeEnclave complex make it a worthwhile upgrade from our rental apartment.

Having the gymnasium and the reading lounge within the complex is very convenient for my daily routine. The landscaping is well done and adds a nice touch to the surroundings. The 24/7 water supply and security are also good features that provide peace of mind. The location in Sohna Sector 2 is developing, and it's good that Vardaan Hospital is so close by, practically nearby. My only minor gripe is that the approach road can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but that's common in developing areas. Overall, it's a comfortable place to settle down.
