Finding a ready-to-move property in a good location was key for my new apartment in Super Ayaz. Banjarawala is a decent area with good connectivity. Having Edify World School Dehradun and Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital literally at nearby distance is incredibly convenient, saving a lot of travel time for essential services. I visited the site and the construction quality looked solid. My only reservation is the parking situation, which seems a bit tight, especially if you have guests. It’s something to consider. But given the location and the ready availability, it's a worthwhile purchase. Super Constructions has a track record to consider.
