As someone who tracks numbe, the pricing for RBS Nilaya Heights seemed reasonable for a ready-to-move property in Banjarawala. I looked at the 3 BHK configuration, which has a built-up area between 1640 to 1810 square feet. The quality of sanitary ware fittings and premium flooring mentioned in the brochure looked good during the site visit. The strategic road access is a definite advantage for connectivity. The only downside is the lack of readily available, which makes a chartered accountant a bit cautious, and the price high end of the spectrum is quite steep at 2.88 Crore.

My only small concern is the traffic noise can be a bit much sometimes due to the main road proximity.
