    Living alone in Hyderabad, I wanted a secure and convenient location. Super Aurum in Banjara Hills, West Hyderabad, offejust that. The proximity to Road No. 5 Jubilee Hills Metro Station, nearby, is useful for commuting. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which is 3004 square feet, providing a lot of peonal space. The availability of intercom and community hall is nice. It’s ready to move, so I could settle in quickly. While the price is on the higher side, starting from 2.36 Crore, the location is a major draw. One thing I've noticed is that the Wi-Fi connectivity can be a bit patchy sometimes, which is a bit annoying for work-from-home.

    Finding a good home near Jubilee Hills Public School was our priority, and Super Aurum is literally nearby, which is fantastic. We bought a 4 BHK, which is 3020 square feet, giving our children enough space to play and study. The apartment is ready to move, so we shifted immediately. Power backup is a relief for those unexpected Hyderabad rains that sometimes affect electricity. The only drawback is the traffic on weekends in Banjara Hills; it can get quite congested trying to get around. Overall, the location and proximity to the school are the main reasons we chose this project by Super Constructions.

Having Rainbow Children's Hospital nearby is a significant comfort for us. The availability of lifts and power backup is essential for comfortable living at this stage of life. It is ready to move, which meant no construction delays to worry about. The car parking is adequate. However, the price point of 2.36 Crore onwards feels a bit steep for a ready-to-move property in this area, even considering the location. The dust from ongoing developments nearby can also be a minor nuisance.
