    This is my fit home purchase and I was a bit nervous. Sunshine Athena felt right. I visited the site and liked the general atmosphere. The size of the 3 BHKs, around 1645 to 1798 square feet, seems good enough for me starting out. It's ready to move, so no waiting. The nearby Polo Victory Bus Stop is nearby, which is super handy for getting around. They have a children's play area which I think I might use eventually. The landscaping looks nice too. The security staff seemed professional. It feels safe and welcoming.
