It is ready to move, which means I could potentially rent it out quickly. The BL Group’s reputation for completing projects is also a positive. The proximity to NH - 8 is good for connectivity. However, I am slightly concerned about the lack of available OC details, which might affect future resale value or loanability. The amenities like a gymnasium and power backup are standard. I am hoping for good rental yields.

We finally decided on BL Navkaar Residency for our new home. The location on Jai Singh Highway is quite convenient for my commute to the office, which is only about a 20-minute drive. The building has a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are nice additions. Power backup is also available, which is essential. BL Navkaar Residency offered a 4 BHK apartment with a super built-up area of 2527 square feet, which is a huge upgrade for us. The location on Jai Singh Highway is convenient for both our schools. We really liked the swimming pool and the gymnasium. Having a lift is also a big help. The building was completed in December 2014 and is ready to move in. The main issue we are facing is the parking; it feels a bit cramped if you have more than one vehicle. But compared to our rental, this feels like a palace.
