This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Sunrise Park. The location on Hingna Road, Nagpur, is quite accessible. It’s close to the MIDC area, which is good for future job prospects. I am looking at a plot of 897 square feet; it’s a manageable size for a start. The developer, Dariyana Gurmukhdas Rohra, seems to have a decent reputation. They are providing basic amenities like internal roads and electrical meter rooms, which are essential. The project is still under construction, so there’s quite a bit of ongoing work, which means potential for dust. I am hoping the completion by March 2029 happens on schedule. The metro station is also not too far, which is a plus.
