We bought a 4 BHK builder floor here, around 1500 sq ft. Sunrise Homes by Akshat Garg is in a developing area of Rohini, Sector 16. The size is ample for our growing family. The proximity to Titiksha Public School is a huge advantage, almost zero commute time for the kids. The price was in the upper range of our budget, around 2.5 Crore, but the builder floor concept offemore privacy than a typical apartment. We are still waiting for the Occupancy Certificate, which is a bit concerning. 24/7 water supply is essential and thankfully available.
